Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using radio frequency (RF) scanners. (experience)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects. (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all regulations for authorized work at heights.
  • Execute assigned tasks for receiving, picking, inventory, and dispatch processes on the floor and at heights.
  • Handle products according to the process, verifying the location upon entry and exit of the shelving.
  • Conduct inventories in the assigned warehouse, counting products and comparing results with records to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Report any issues encountered during daily operations to the team leader or supervisor.
  • Use assigned technological equipment (Radio Frequency scanners) correctly.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of merchandise in the work area, ensuring products are organized and the area is free of debris.
  • Report incidents and risks within the workplace or area.
  • Comply with the rules, policies, regulations, and procedures established by the company.
  • Perform other functions assigned by the Team Leaders and/or Supervisors within their area of competence.
  • Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
  • Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory movements.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
