Role Overview

CrowdStrike is expanding its payroll team and seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in International Payroll for our Shared Services Center (SSC) in Pune, India. Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

Consolidate essential information for payroll calculations, reconcile with allocations for precision, and deliver reports in required formats. Activate payments following organizational policies, legislative requirements, and privacy standards. Review payroll reports, address defects, implement annual review cycles, and ensure compliance with regulations. Engage stakeholders for payment approvals while understanding payroll’s organizational impact.

Quality Management

Collect and analyze data on process capabilities to spot future quality lapses and recommend improvements. Support process changes aligned with quality objectives, suggest enhancements via root cause analysis (RCA), and measure current process quality. Provide clarifications to stakeholders and regularly review quality infrastructure, staying abreast of market indicators and legal implications.

Operational / Process Excellence

Understand regulatory requirements impacting processes, categorize service opportunities, and review root causes of performance gaps. Recommend improvement plans, collaborate with stakeholders for validation, and present ideas for feedback. Support service delivery, SLA maintenance, and service recovery actions to elevate operational standards.

Governance & Compliance

Interpret corporate governance policies, code of conduct, and ethical procedures to ensure compliance. Undertake reporting and corrective actions for governance issues, aligning with supervisory guidelines and maintaining the corporate brand image.

Vendor Management

Maintain communications with vendors, conduct quality, risk, and security assessments. Collate proposals, monitor performance against contracts, and identify issues to safeguard organizational interests.
