As an Account Manager, you will partner with Account Executives, BIEs, and Creative Strategists to craft innovative, insight-driven campaigns on Snapchat that leverage our camera-first AR innovations for measurable ROI. You’ll manage complex projects with cross-functional teams, dive into performance data to optimize campaigns, spot upsell opportunities, and serve as the go-to expert educating brands and agencies on Snap’s products—from ephemeral Snaps to immersive Lenses and Spectacles. Drive adoption of our self-service tools while providing real-time support, all while thriving in our fast-paced, collaborative environment. We’re seeking passionate Snapchat users with 5+ years in digital media, performance marketing, or ad-tech, fluent in Russian/Ukrainian, and skilled in biddable auctions, data analysis, and client education. What You'll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives, BIEs, and Creative Strategists to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, delivering measurable ROI for clients
  • Manage complex projects involving multiple work streams and cross-functional collaboration internally and externally
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies
  • Identify performance trends, optimize campaigns to achieve results, and provide recommendations for upsell opportunities
  • Serve as the product expert by educating brands and agencies on Snap’s new and existing products, including Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles
  • Advise on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations leveraging AR and camera innovations
  • Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools
  • Provide ongoing technical support and real-time analysis to clients
  • Foster advertiser partnerships within the global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization
  • Collaborate to scale Snap’s reach to the next generation of consumers through creative, fun campaigns

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces
  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
  • Proven track record of delivering on sales quota and obtaining positive reviews
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Fluency in Russian/Ukrainian languages (mandatory)
  • Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment
  • Demonstrated skill in educating advertisers and agencies on digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pre-existing relationships with client decision-makers and brand marketers
  • Experience with Snapchat ad products as a user
  • Background in AR or camera-based advertising technologies
  • Knowledge of Snap’s Lens Studio and Spectacles
