What You'll Do

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships and ad spend with key clients and agency partners, delivering performance that exceeds advertiser expectations on Snapchat
  • Partner with account executives and creative strategists during RFP processes to craft innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns powered by Snap’s camera and AR technologies
  • Manage complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration internally with product teams and externally with brands and agencies
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, optimize in real-time, and uncover upsell opportunities
  • Serve as Snap product expert, educating brands and agencies on Snapchat, Lens Studio, Spectacles, and best practices for AR-driven campaign optimizations
  • Increase adoption and engagement with Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools through technical support and real-time performance analysis
  • Advise clients on leveraging Snap’s camera for authentic visual storytelling, self-expression, and immersive AR experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years working directly with clients to understand brand strategies, product attributes, competitors, and business challenges while delivering data-driven short- and long-term strategies
  • Experience in digital media industry, focusing on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic real-time bidding, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the biddable auction advertising ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to educate advertisers and agencies on media management in auction environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail
