What You'll Do

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships and ad spend with key small and medium-sized clients and agency partners, exceeding their performance expectations
  • Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists during RFPs to craft innovative, insight-driven Snapchat campaigns delivering measurable ROI
  • Manage complex projects with multiple workstreams, fostering cross-functional collaboration internally at Snap and externally with partners
  • Analyze campaign performance data in-depth to guide KPI-driven measurement, spot trends, optimize results, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Act as Snap product expert, educating brands and agencies on Snapchat's camera features, AR tools like Lens Studio, Spectacles, and best practices for bespoke optimizations
  • Drive adoption and engagement with Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, offering technical support and real-time performance analysis
  • Leverage Snap's camera technology and AR innovations to create visually immersive campaigns that enhance self-expression and real-time storytelling

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience analyzing complex data and success metrics to craft compelling data stories that drive campaign performance
  • 3+ years working directly with clients to understand brand strategies, product attributes, competitors, and business challenges while delivering data-driven short- and long-term strategies
  • Experience in digital media with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic real-time bidding, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the biddable auction advertising ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to educate advertisers and agencies on media management in auction environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail
