Join our London team as an Account Manager, where you’ll harness Snap’s AR innovations to craft performance-driven strategies that deliver measurable results in a creative, fast-paced culture. In this role, you’ll partner with leading performance-focused advertisers to drive lower-funnel outcomes like purchases, subscriptions, and ROAS. You’ll develop full-funnel strategies optimized for Snap’s advanced tools—including tCPA, Max Bid, CAPI, and Dynamic Ads—while leveraging the power of Snapchat’s AR lenses and camera technology to create engaging campaigns that scale across web and app ecosystems. Analyze data trends, collaborate with Sales, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, and Product teams, and educate clients on best practices for signal quality and attribution to maximize ROI. We’re seeking a strategic thinker with analytical prowess and client management expertise who thrives in Snap’s innovative environment. Deliver quarterly business reviews, stay ahead of digital trends, and help advertisers unlock the full potential of Snap’s visual storytelling. What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with performance-focused advertisers, focusing on lower-funnel objectives such as purchases, subscriptions, and ROAS
  • Build and execute data-driven performance strategies to improve efficiency and scale across campaigns
  • Partner with clients to optimise campaigns using Snap’s performance tools, including tCPA, Max Bid, Conversions API (CAPI), and Dynamic Ads
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and provide actionable optimisation recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, and Product) to develop full-funnel solutions that align with client goals
  • Educate advertisers on signal quality, event setup, and lower-funnel measurement best practices, ensuring proper tracking and attribution
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic insights to showcase performance impact and growth opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital performance marketing, with a focus on Snap’s AR innovations
  • Leverage Snap’s camera-first technology and AR lenses to create immersive, engaging ad experiences that drive conversions
  • Guide advertisers in integrating Snapchat’s creative tools to enhance lower-funnel performance in web and app ecosystems

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or account management, focusing on lower-funnel campaigns
  • Proven success optimising for key performance outcomes such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across social or programmatic platforms (e.g., Snap Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) to support regional advertisers and cross-market collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing lower-funnel or direct-response campaigns across multiple verticals (e.g., e-commerce, gaming, fintech)
  • Deep understanding of signal-based optimisation and cross-platform attribution models
  • Experience leveraging CAPI, SKAN, or server-to-server integrations for advanced performance measurement
  • Demonstrated success scaling accounts and managing multi-market growth strategies
  • Proven ability to communicate technical performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
