Join Team Snapchat as an Ad Partner Manager in our London office, where you'll drive accelerated growth for Snap’s Advertising business within our innovative Ad Partnerships Group. Own and manage key ad partners across campaign management platforms, integrating Snapchat's cutting-edge camera and AR ad features to fuel monetization and creative ad experiences. In this role, you'll develop strategic joint business plans, manage partner operations from outreach to long-term success, and serve as the primary point of contact to hit shared KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to scope Ads API integrations, document requirements, and iterate on features that amplify Snapchat's AR innovations. Support GTM strategies, co-marketing activations, and incentive programs, while resolving issues swiftly and analyzing metrics to showcase partner value. As the 'voice of the partner,' you'll channel feedback to enhance Snap's creative culture and ad ecosystem. We're seeking a proven leader with 5+ years in digital advertising or partnerships, expertise in eCommerce/low-funnel campaigns, and complex integrations. What You'll Do

  • Understand Snap’s monetization-related products, including camera-driven AR ads and underlying implementations
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans for key ad partners to accelerate Snapchat's advertising growth
  • Manage core operations of partners from initial outreach through integration and long-term management
  • Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for partners to drive mutually agreed upon KPIs
  • Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering teams to scope new integrations across Snapchat’s Ads API
  • Document requirements and support ongoing feature improvements informed by partner feedback
  • Support Go-To-Market strategies, co-marketing, and commercial activations, including Snap-specific materials
  • Develop new business activation incentive programs leveraging Snapchat's creative AR tools
  • Resolve and triage partner challenges quickly to ensure seamless adoption
  • Track and analyze key metrics measuring partner success and Snap's AR ad monetization value
  • Act as the 'voice of the partner' within Snap, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of Snapchat's innovative camera and AR features among partner platforms and their customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, partnership management, or business development, preferably in the technology or media industries
  • Demonstrated experience working with platforms that drive low funnel campaigns with a focus on eCommerce and Dynamic Product Ads
  • Proven ability in complex third-party integrations, especially in ad tech or API-driven sectors
  • Experience managing revenue pipelines and delivering against revenue goals
  • Track record of negotiating incentive programs and agreements with partners
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills to track and analyze key partner success metrics
