Join Team Snapchat as an Ad Partner Manager in our NYC office, where you'll drive the growth of Snap’s Advertising business by owning key partnerships with campaign management platforms. In this role, you'll harness Snap's creative AR innovations to integrate Snapchat ads seamlessly into partner ecosystems, fueling eCommerce and dynamic ad campaigns that captivate audiences with camera-first experiences. You'll develop strategic joint business plans, manage end-to-end partner operations—from outreach to integration—and serve as the day-to-day point of contact to hit shared KPIs. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, you'll scope Ads API integrations, document requirements, and iterate on features informed by partner feedback. By resolving challenges swiftly and analyzing success metrics, you'll amplify adoption of Snap's monetization products, while supporting GTM strategies, co-marketing, and incentive programs that spotlight Snapchat's unique AR creativity. As the 'voice of the partner,' you'll bridge external insights to internal stakeholders, fostering Snap's vibrant, innovative culture. We're seeking a proven leader with 5+ years in digital ads or partnerships, a track record in revenue delivery, and expertise in low-funnel eCommerce integrations. What You'll Do

  • Understand Snap’s monetization-related products, including AR-powered ads on Snapchat, and their underlying implementations
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans for key ad partners to drive accelerated growth in Snap’s Advertising business
  • Manage core operations of ad partners from initial outreach through integration and long-term management, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to scope new integrations across Snapchat’s Ads API
  • Document requirements and drive ongoing feature improvements based on partner feedback
  • Support Go-To-Market strategies, co-marketing, and commercial activations, including Snap-specific materials and incentive programs
  • Resolve and triage partner challenges quickly to ensure smooth adoption of Snap’s creative AR ad formats
  • Track and analyze key metrics measuring partner success, value, and revenue impact
  • Serve as the “voice of the partner” within Snap, disseminating insights to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate on innovative camera and AR ad experiences to enhance advertiser creativity on Snapchat

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, partnership management, or business development, preferably in the technology or media industries
  • Demonstrated experience working with platforms that drive low funnel campaigns with a focus on eCommerce and Dynamic Product Ads
  • Proven ability in complex third-party integrations, especially in ad tech or API-driven sectors
  • Experience negotiating incentive programs and agreements with partners
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipelines and delivering against revenue goals
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate results clearly and effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AR advertising or camera-based tech platforms
  • Background in social media or visual messaging ad ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Snapchat's Ads API or similar AR-enabled ad products
