In this role, you’ll partner with Ads Platform Product & Engineering leadership to define and evolve strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with Snap’s camera-first Ads business objectives. Translate visionary product roadmaps into measurable goals and prioritized plans, leading cross-functional processes to synchronize teams on priorities and timelines. Drive delivery of high-impact initiatives, develop visibility tools like dashboards, and establish operating rhythms such as QBRs to foster accountability and clarity in our fast-paced environment. You’ll serve as the connective tissue bridging strategy and execution, optimizing resources with enabling functions and communicating progress to keep stakeholders aligned. With your technical fluency and data-driven instincts, you’ll thrive in our innovative culture, enhancing platform reliability for AR ads that delight creators and users worldwide. What You'll Do

  • Partner with Ads Platform Product & Engineering leadership to define and evolve strategy, aligning with Snap’s camera-first Ads business objectives
  • Translate long-term product and platform vision into clear, measurable goals, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps for AR-enhanced advertising
  • Lead cross-functional strategy and planning processes to align teams on priorities, dependencies, and execution timelines
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact technical and cross-functional initiatives, removing blockers and ensuring measurable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and frameworks providing visibility into program health and impact on Snapchat's creative ecosystem
  • Build and execute communication strategies keeping internal and cross-functional stakeholders aligned on progress and priorities
  • Design and run operating rhythms such as roadmap reviews, QBRs, and org all-hands to drive clarity, focus, and accountability
  • Partner with enabling functions to optimize resource allocation, improve decision-making, and strengthen operational excellence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor bridging strategy and execution across Ads Platform, product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with Snap’s innovative culture, emphasizing privacy, speed, and AR-driven creativity in ads delivery

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 11+ years of experience spanning Engineering, Data Science, or Technical Program Management leading cross-functional efforts in the software or tech industry in a data-driven environment
  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
  • Strong technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering, product, and business teams
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Looker, Tableau), source control (e.g., GitHub), and ticket management (e.g., JIRA)
  • Experience in high-velocity, cross-functional environments with a focus on strategy and operations
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings demanding quick alignment across diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ads domain expertise, particularly in platforms powering camera and AR-driven advertising
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, ambiguous programs improving platform reliability, operational stability, and performance
  • Experience working directly with engineers on product design, architectural trade-offs, and roadmap planning
  • Technical foundation in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or technical MBA
  • Hands-on experience scaling operations in early/rapid-growth, matrixed environments
  • Prior impact launching operational discipline at engineering organization scale
