The Ad Partnerships Group is a global team of entrepreneurial, solution-oriented professionals passionate about driving advertiser success on Snapchat. We build and manage strategic relationships with independent agencies, marketing partners, and measurement providers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop programs that unlock the full power of our camera-first, AR-driven platform. Our goal is a thriving partner ecosystem delivering innovative, measurable results for shared customers in a creative culture that celebrates bold ideas. As an Agency Partner based in New York or Los Angeles, you will manage a portfolio of Independent Agencies, forging deep relationships with executive leadership to drive year-over-year growth. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, providing tailored performance and brand marketing solutions, training on Snapchat's AR tools like Lens Studio, and ensuring agency-wide adoption of our immersive camera technologies. In this dynamic role, you'll thrive in fast-evolving markets, resolve partner challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to scope projects that enhance AR advertising innovations, all while tracking KPIs that showcase partner value. You'll act as the 'voice of the partner' at Snap, analyzing metrics and disseminating insights to stakeholders, fueling our creative culture of living in the moment. We're seeking a personable leader with 5+ years in digital advertising or partnerships, hands-on performance marketing knowledge, and a passion for AR's transformative potential.
