As an Agency Partner based in New York or Los Angeles, you will manage a portfolio of Independent Agencies, forging deep relationships with executive leadership to drive year-over-year growth. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, providing tailored performance and brand marketing solutions, training on Snapchat's AR tools like Lens Studio, and ensuring agency-wide adoption of our immersive camera technologies. In this dynamic role, you'll thrive in fast-evolving markets, resolve partner challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to scope projects that enhance AR advertising innovations, all while tracking KPIs that showcase partner value. You'll act as the 'voice of the partner' at Snap, analyzing metrics and disseminating insights to stakeholders, fueling our creative culture of living in the moment. What You'll Do

  • Manage a book of Independent Agencies and drive YoY growth across your agency portfolio
  • Develop deep and trusted relationships with Agency executive leadership
  • Deeply understand Snap’s monetization-related products, camera technology, and AR implementations
  • Work with Agency executives to develop strategic partner management plans for key partners
  • Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for key Partners and build strong relationships to drive mutually agreed upon KPIs
  • Provide performance marketing and brand marketing solutions & training to drive product adoption agency-wide
  • Work closely with Sales, PMM, Product, and Solution Engineering teams to scope new projects, document requirements, and drive ongoing feature improvements
  • Resolve and triage partner challenges related to Snapchat's AR innovations and creative campaigns
  • Track and analyze key metrics that measure partner success and value
  • Serve as the “voice of the partner” within Snap, disseminating relevant information to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable partners to leverage Snapchat's camera-first platform for immersive AR advertising

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, partnership management, or business development, preferably in the technology or media industries
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and Snap’s monetization-related products
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipelines and delivering against revenue goals
  • Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing best practices and key metrics
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate results clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work in dynamic, ever-changing markets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
