In the CFO Organization, the Finance & Accounting team drives strategic insights to fuel our creative culture and rapid growth. As an Analyst, Intelligent Automation, you'll harness RPA, AI, and ML to automate financial processes, freeing teams to focus on pioneering camera tech and AR experiences that redefine communication. In this hands-on role, you'll design and deploy automation workflows using UiPath (preferred) and other platforms, coding efficient solutions with the RE framework while integrating with Snap's dynamic systems. You'll analyze processes for optimization opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional partners to create PDD/SDD documentation, and ensure scalable, secure bots that support our 'default together' office culture of 4+ days per week. Your work will directly enhance operational agility, enabling faster innovation in AR lenses and Spectacles development. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
• Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient code for automation solutions using the RE framework
• Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate automation projects
• Analyze existing financial processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend technical solutions
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and Snap's enterprise systems to enhance functionality
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation scripts for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical designs, including PDD and SDD documentation
• Provide technical support to end users and the automation team during rollouts and hypercare
• Maintain detailed documentation for workflows, processes, and solutions while ensuring adherence to development standards
• Stay updated on intelligent automation trends and recommend innovative solutions to drive efficiencies in Snap's AR and camera tech operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of financial operations experience
• 4-5+ years of experience in building robotic process automation (RPA) workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with coding and solution development in RPA, AI, or ML environments
• Demonstrated ability to design, test, and maintain automation solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment
• Strong understanding of process analysis and documentation (PDD and SDD)

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath experience, including RE framework
• Experience integrating RPA with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of emerging AI/ML technologies for intelligent automation
• Background in finance or accounting automation projects
• Experience supporting solution rollouts and hypercare periods
