This hunter role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives on building business from the ground up, targeting Germany’s most exciting D2C brands, e-commerce players, and high-growth digital businesses to convert them into long-term advertising partners driving revenue in the DACH region. In this role, you’ll architect your own success by developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, prospecting new opportunities, and leading the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing high-impact deals. You’ll consult clients on full-funnel strategies showcasing how Snapchat’s camera-first innovations, AR lenses, and immersive experiences deliver measurable ROI and brand lift. What You'll Do

  • Hunt, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across diverse verticals like D2C, e-commerce, and high-growth digital businesses
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch to drive revenue growth for Snap in the DACH region
  • Define and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to position Snapchat as a key growth partner for German advertisers
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to crafting proposals, negotiating, and closing partnerships
  • Consult new advertisers on full-funnel marketing strategies leveraging Snapchat’s camera-first AR innovations for measurable ROI
  • Create and deliver persuasive, data-driven sales presentations tailored to C-level executives and media decision-makers
  • Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets with an entrepreneurial, results-driven approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and partnership success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of experience in media sales or business development
  • Proven 'hunter' track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong existing relationships with key decision-makers across D2C, e-commerce, and tech-driven brands in Germany
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, measurement, attribution, and digital advertising trends
  • Experience leading the full sales cycle from outreach to closing high-impact partnerships
  • Ability to exceed ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment
