As Client Partner - CEE Region, you'll hunt and secure new business from top mobile developers, crafting a robust pipeline from the ground up. Develop targeted go-to-market strategies positioning Snapchat's camera and AR innovations—via Lenses and immersive experiences—as essential for app installs and gaming engagement. Lead full sales cycles, from prospecting high-potential CEE developers to delivering data-driven pitches and closing partnerships that leverage Snap's unique visual storytelling. Serve as the App & Gaming vertical expert, consulting on advanced UA strategies, MMP integrations (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and optimizations for ROAS and key events. Create compelling presentations for C-level audiences, translating tech into business wins within Snap's vibrant, innovative environment. Exceed targets with entrepreneurial drive, building lasting agency and brand relationships while embracing our 'Default Together' policy for 4+ office days weekly to fuel collaboration and culture.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt, prospect, and secure new business from Central & Eastern Europe’s leading mobile developers, building a powerful pipeline from scratch
  • Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy to position Snapchat as an essential user acquisition platform for the app and gaming industry
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from identifying high-potential developers to pitching bespoke AR-enhanced solutions and closing long-term advertising partnerships
  • Serve as Snap’s go-to expert for the App & Gaming vertical, advising clients on sophisticated user acquisition and re-engagement strategies leveraging Snapchat's camera and AR features
  • Consult with clients on campaign measurement using Mobile Measurement Partners and optimization for key events like ROAS, installs, and level completions
  • Create and deliver compelling, data-rich sales presentations that resonate with UA managers and gaming marketing leaders, highlighting Snap's creative AR innovations
  • Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets by owning the app and gaming vertical with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset
  • Build and manage partnerships with brands and agencies to expand their digital presence on Snapchat, emphasizing camera-first storytelling and immersive AR experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Snap's Lens Studio and Spectacles AR capabilities into client campaigns

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with significant focus on mobile app or gaming advertising
  • Deep expertise in the app and mobile gaming advertising landscape, including user acquisition funnels, Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), and metrics like CPI, CPA, ROAS
  • Proven 'hunter' track record of prospecting and exceeding sales targets in app or gaming sectors
  • Strong existing network of contacts within mobile gaming studios and app development companies in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE)
  • Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian
  • Genuine passion for mobile games and the broader app ecosystem
