In this role, you'll identify and secure business opportunities, deliver top-tier sales and service, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategies that showcase Snapchat's unique visual storytelling. You'll craft compelling presentations blending market trends, case studies, and Snap's AR innovations like Lenses and Spectacles campaigns. Owning your book of business, you'll educate clients on best practices, analyze performance, and evolve their thinking to mirror success on Snap—balancing their goals with our Playbook principles—while fostering advocate relationships through dynamic QBRs, office hours, and C-level engagements. Thriving in Snap's fast-paced, creative culture requires excellent presentation skills, multitasking prowess, and digital advertising expertise. You'll present confidently, challenge clients kindly and smartly, and drive long-term mutual growth. Base salary ranges: Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) $107,000-$161,000; Zone B $102,000-$153,000; Zone C $91,000-$137,000 (negotiable based on experience/location). What You'll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities with brands and agencies to expand their presence on Snapchat
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing strategic initiatives leveraging Snap's camera and AR technologies
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and Snap's AR innovations
  • Educate clients on Snapchat products, Lens Studio, Spectacles, and best practices for immersive advertising
  • Create, own, and execute strategic approaches for assigned accounts to unlock and elevate relationships
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend enhancements optimized for Snap's visual platform
  • Communicate and evolve client strategies to align with Snap's Playbook & Planning Principles while balancing client goals
  • Ensure strong health of client relationships, identifying gaps and securing internal support
  • Own presentations dynamically, challenging clients kindly and creatively for long-term mutual success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
  • Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience running Weekly Office Hours, QBRs, arranging or leading top-to-tops, and comfortability with senior level engagement sessions
  • Proven ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
