We're seeking a Client Partner - CPG in our Sales department to build and manage partnerships with Consumer Packaged Goods brands and agencies, helping them harness Snap's innovative camera technology and AR experiences to create immersive, engaging digital campaigns that captivate Snapchat's young, creative audience. In this role, you'll identify and secure business opportunities, deliver exceptional sales and operational service, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that leverage Snap's AR innovations like Lens Studio for standout CPG activations. You'll craft compelling presentations blending market trends, case studies, and Snap's creative playbook, while educating clients on best practices to drive performance. Owning your book of CPG business, you'll analyze campaign stats, recommend optimizations, and evolve client mindsets to achieve outsized success on Snap, all while fostering advocate-level relationships through dynamic QBRs, top-to-tops, and senior engagements. Thriving in Snap's fast-paced, creative culture requires excellent presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for digital advertising in social and mobile spaces. You'll challenge clients kindly and smartly to prioritize long-term mutual growth, drawing on your experience with C-level executives and stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities with CPG brands and agencies to expand their presence on Snapchat
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing strategic initiatives leveraging Snap's camera technology and AR innovations
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and Snap's AR Lens Studio capabilities
  • Educate clients on Snapchat products, best practices, and creative AR experiences
  • Create, own, and execute strategic approaches for assigned CPG accounts to unlock and elevate relationships
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend enhancements using Snap's analytics
  • Communicate and evolve client strategies to mirror success on Snap according to Playbook & Planning Principles
  • Ensure strong health of client relationships, identifying gaps and securing internal support
  • Own presentations dynamically, challenging clients creatively to optimize long-term business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
  • Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Experience running Weekly Office Hours, QBRs, arranging or leading top-to-tops, and comfortability with senior level engagement sessions
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proven experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
