The Mid-Customer Sales team partners with challenger brands, disruptive business models, and high-growth advertisers to unlock Snapchat's creative potential. We're seeking a Client Partner, Business Development, based in Dubai, to acquire new advertisers, onboard them seamlessly, and drive their success with our innovative camera-first advertising solutions. As a Client Partner, you'll manage a dynamic portfolio of prospects, leveraging research tools and engagement strategies to convert leads into loyal partners. You'll craft go-to-market strategies for businesses at varying maturity levels, guiding them through Snapchat's AR-powered ads, Lenses, and Spectacles integrations that deliver measurable results. Your natural leadership, analytical prowess, and storytelling ability will shine as you prove Snap's value with data, adapt to market shifts, and collaborate cross-functionally to fuel revenue growth in the region. What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of prospect accounts in the Mid-Customer Sales team, focusing on challenger brands and high-growth advertisers
  • Leverage scaled resources to research leads, enrich CRM data, and implement engagement strategies
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to move leads to interested prospects with tailored messaging
  • Guide clients through Snapchat Advertising solutions, including camera-first AR Lenses and innovative formats that meet business objectives
  • Onboard clients timely per best practices and implement platform-optimal solutions to optimize campaigns
  • Demonstrate adaptability to market trends, client needs, and Snapchat platform updates like new AR features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, Product) to drive strategic initiatives
  • Provide regular updates on account status, performance metrics, and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Maintain deep expertise on Snapchat products, Lens Studio, Spectacles, and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct market analysis to prioritize and secure business opportunities based on regional insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to speak Arabic fluently (in addition to English)
  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers in the region
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals in a dynamic environment
  • Deep expertise in Snapchat products, camera technology, and AR innovations
  • Comfort with ambiguity and expert problem-solving skills to accelerate growth
  • Natural leadership abilities and a team-first approach to developing others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
