We’re seeking a Client Partner, Business Development, based in Dubai, to acquire new advertisers, onboard them seamlessly, and drive their success in our vibrant, innovative ecosystem. As a Client Partner, you’ll develop go-to-market strategies for businesses at varying maturity levels, delivering substantial revenue growth while navigating ambiguity with natural leadership and data-driven storytelling. Manage a dynamic portfolio of prospects, leveraging scaled resources for lead research, CRM enrichment, and multi-channel engagement (email, phone, LinkedIn, events). Guide clients through Snapchat’s advertising solutions, showcasing how our camera technology and AR innovations like Lenses drive performance and engagement. Onboard efficiently, optimize campaigns, and adapt to trends, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategic initiatives. This role demands deep curiosity about emerging business models, regional expertise, and strong relationships with marketing decision-makers. Excel in a fast-paced environment by analyzing markets, identifying opportunities, and cross-selling Snapchat’s full suite. With fluent Arabic and English, 8+ years in marketing/sales, and a passion for Snap’s creative culture, you’ll build from the ground up, mentor teammates, and thrive in our 'Default Together' model (4+ days/week in office). What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of prospect accounts in the Mid-Customer Sales team, focusing on challenger brands and high-growth advertisers
  • Leverage scaled resources to research leads, enrich CRM data, and implement engagement strategies
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to move leads to interested prospects with tailored messaging
  • Guide clients through Snapchat Advertising solutions, highlighting camera technology and AR innovations to meet business objectives
  • Onboard clients timely per best practices and implement platform-optimal solutions to optimize campaigns
  • Demonstrate adaptability to market trends, client needs, and Snapchat platform updates including Lens Studio and Spectacles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Marketing, Product) to drive strategic initiatives
  • Provide regular updates on account status, performance metrics, and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Maintain deep expertise on Snapchat products to identify cross-selling opportunities tied to AR and creative expression
  • Conduct market analysis to independently identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities based on regional insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to speak Arabic fluently (in addition to English)
  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers in the region
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals in a dynamic environment
  • Deep expertise in Snapchat products, camera technology, and AR innovations
  • Comfort with ambiguity and expert problem-solving skills to accelerate growth
  • Natural leadership abilities and a team-first approach to developing others

Preferred Qualifications
