About the Role

The Mid-Customer Sales team partners with challenger brands, disruptive models, and high-growth advertisers to unlock Snapchat's potential. We're seeking a Client Partner, Business Development in Mumbai or Delhi, to acquire new advertisers, onboard them seamlessly, and drive revenue growth through tailored strategies leveraging our AR and camera technologies. As a Client Partner, you'll manage a dynamic portfolio of prospects, using data-driven storytelling to demonstrate Snapchat's ROI in visual advertising. You'll engage leads via multi-channel outreach, guide them to optimal AR-powered ad solutions, and optimize campaigns amid evolving trends. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives, maintain deep product expertise for cross-selling, and conduct regional market analysis to seize opportunities. Your natural leadership, analytical prowess, and client empathy will accelerate advertiser success in Snap's creative ecosystem. What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of prospect accounts targeting challenger brands and high-growth advertisers
  • Leverage scaled resources to research leads, enrich CRM data, and implement engagement strategies
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to move leads to interested prospects
  • Guide clients through Snapchat Advertising solutions tailored to their business objectives, emphasizing AR and camera innovations
  • Onboard clients timely per best practices and optimize campaigns for performance
  • Demonstrate adaptability to market trends, client needs, and Snapchat platform updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product
  • Provide regular updates on account status, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities
  • Maintain expertise on Snapchat products like Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct market analysis to prioritize and secure business opportunities based on regional insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals in a highly dynamic environment
  • Extensive knowledge of performance marketing including industry trends, measurement, and attribution
  • Deep expertise in Snapchat products and AR innovations
  • Experience managing prospect accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to conduct independent market analysis for business opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with challenger brands, disruptive business models, and high-growth advertisers
