You’ll architect your success by prospecting and converting the Nordics’ most exciting D2C brands, fast-scaling e-commerce players, and innovative tech companies into long-term advertising partners, driving revenue growth across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. In this entrepreneurial role, you’ll develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy, leading the full sales cycle from discovery to closing. Advise clients on full-funnel strategies harnessing Snapchat’s camera-first ad formats and AR innovations to solve growth challenges and deliver ROI. Craft insight-driven pitches for C-level executives, collaborate with internal teams like Marketing Science and Creative Strategy, and exceed targets while championing Snap’s creative culture in the Nordic ecosystem. Your passion for disruptive brands and AR technology will position Snapchat as their must-have platform for real-time, visual engagement. We seek proven hunters with 6+ years in media sales, a track record of exceeding goals, and fluency in English (Nordic language a plus). What You'll Do

  • Hunt, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across key Nordic verticals including D2C, e-commerce, and tech by building a strong pipeline of high-growth advertisers
  • Develop and execute a localized go-to-market plan to position Snapchat as a must-have platform for emerging brands in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and consultative discovery to pitching tailored media strategies, negotiating, and closing long-term partnerships
  • Advise new advertisers on full-funnel marketing strategies leveraging Snapchat’s unique camera-first ad formats and AR innovations to deliver measurable ROI
  • Deliver persuasive, insight-driven presentations to C-level executives, marketing directors, and performance managers
  • Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets with ownership, agility, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Science, SMB, Creative Strategy, and Ad Ops teams for seamless onboarding and campaign delivery

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience in media sales or business development
  • Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue goals
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in full sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed ambitious sales targets
