In this role, you’ll manage a dynamic portfolio of prospects, engaging them through personalized outreach on email, phone, LinkedIn, and events. Guide clients to optimal Snapchat ad products, onboard them swiftly, and optimize campaigns for peak performance amid evolving AR innovations. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to align on strategic initiatives, while conducting regional market analysis to uncover opportunities tailored to client goals. Your deep expertise in Snapchat’s ecosystem will enable cross-selling of features like Lens Studio creations and Spectacles integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in Snap’s creative culture, with fluency in Arabic and English, 8+ years in advertising sales, and proven revenue success. What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of prospect accounts and drive revenue through strategic partnerships with large advertisers across industries
  • Leverage scaled resources to research leads, enrich CRM data, and implement engagement strategies
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events using tailored messaging about Snapchat’s camera-first AR innovations
  • Guide clients through Snapchat Advertising solutions that align with their business objectives, emphasizing creative AR campaigns
  • Onboard clients efficiently and implement platform-optimal solutions to maximize campaign performance
  • Adapt to market trends, client needs, and Snapchat platform updates, including new AR features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, Product) to execute strategic initiatives
  • Provide regular updates on account status, performance metrics, and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Maintain expertise on Snapchat products like Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct market analysis in the region to prioritize and secure business opportunities based on client strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to speak Arabic fluently (in addition to English)
  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals in a dynamic environment
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, industry trends, measurement, and attribution
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across client organizations
  • Ability to deliver tactically on quarterly business objectives while thinking strategically

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of competitive advertising products and AR technologies
  • Experience in the Middle East advertising market
  • Proven success in building sales teams or mentoring junior members
  • Familiarity with Snapchat's AR ecosystem including Lens Studio and Spectacles
