In this role, you'll identify high-potential opportunities, deliver exceptional sales and service, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategies that spotlight Snap's AR innovations. You'll craft compelling presentations infused with market insights and success stories from Snapchat's vibrant Lens community, educate clients on best practices for ephemeral, authentic engagement, and own your book of business—analyzing performance, evolving client mindsets per our Playbook, and fostering advocate relationships. With a focus on dynamic presentations that challenge clients thoughtfully, you'll drive long-term growth by aligning their goals with Snap's playful, innovative culture. Thriving here demands 5+ years in marketing, media sales, or digital advertising, plus expertise in social and mobile ecosystems. You'll excel in fast-paced settings, engaging C-level execs, and collaborating as a team player passionate about Snap's mission. What You'll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities with small and medium brands and agencies to drive growth on Snapchat
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, leveraging Snap's camera-first AR innovations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing strategic initiatives that amplify creative storytelling through Lenses and AR experiences
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services tailored to Snap's visual messaging ecosystem
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and Snap's AR-powered success stories
  • Educate clients on Snapchat products, Lens Studio, Spectacles, and best practices for immersive, real-time engagement
  • Create, own, and execute strategic approaches for assigned accounts to unlock relationships and elevate performance
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend enhancements aligned with Snap's Playbook & Planning Principles
  • Communicate and evolve client strategies to mirror success on Snap while balancing their business goals
  • Ensure strong health of client relationships, identifying gaps and securing internal support to position Snapchat as the premier AR platform
  • Own presentations dynamically, challenging clients kindly and creatively to optimize long-term mutual success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
  • Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience running Weekly Office Hours, QBRs, arranging or leading top-to-tops, and comfortability with senior level engagement sessions
  • Proven ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
