We’re seeking a Client Partner, SMC in our Sales department to join our team in China. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to grow advertising revenue among small and mid-sized customers in your regions, leveraging Snapchat’s innovative camera and AR features to build lasting advertiser relationships and solidify our position as a world-class platform. As a Client Partner, you’ll strengthen senior-level ties with ecommerce leaders, set revenue strategies, forecast accurately, and deliver outsized impact. Dive into performance data to optimize campaigns using Snapchat’s AR Lenses and visual tools, guide KPI strategies, spot upsell opportunities, and provide operational support like ad trafficking and reporting. You’ll advocate for our products, educate advertisers on best practices, and activate local marketing to showcase how Snap’s creative culture drives real results in a dynamic, fun ecosystem. What You'll Do

  • Strengthen senior-level relationships with ecommerce market leaders to drive revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction
  • Set strategy, accurately forecast, and deliver impact across your portfolio of small and mid-sized customers (SMC)
  • Serve as a product advocate for Snapchat’s innovative camera features, AR Lenses via Lens Studio, and Spectacles, advising on best practices and optimizations
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement, identify trends, seasonality, and upsell opportunities
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing data and adjusting plans
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, including ad rejection escalations, audience segment building, ad trafficking, and post-campaign reporting
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Build Snapchat’s reputation as a world-class advertising platform through local marketing activations in assigned regions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to grow advertising revenue while championing Snap’s creative culture and AR innovation
  • Analyze and support campaigns leveraging Snapchat’s visual messaging and AR capabilities to enhance advertiser results

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in media sales, media buying, partner management, management consulting, digital advertising, or equivalent digital marketing roles
  • Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape, particularly in ecommerce and overseas markets
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships in dynamic environments
  • Background in analyzing campaign performance data and driving KPI-based optimizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background/knowledge of multi-site ecommerce overseas business
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and AR technologies
  • Ability to engage and partner with C-Level/VP level sales executives
  • Experience in product beta participation and bespoke campaign strategies
