You'll craft compelling presentations highlighting Snap's AR innovations and market trends, educate clients on Snapchat products and best practices, and own strategic account plans to drive growth. Analyze performance data, evolve client strategies per our playbook, and foster advocate relationships while dynamically presenting to challenge and inspire long-term success for both Snap and our partners. What You'll Do

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities with small and medium customers (SMC) to drive growth on Snapchat
  • Build and manage partnerships with brands and agencies to expand their digital presence leveraging Snap's camera and AR features
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and Snap's AR innovations
  • Educate clients on Snapchat products, Lens Studio, Spectacles, and best practices for AR-driven campaigns
  • Own and execute strategic approaches for assigned accounts to unlock growth and elevate relationships
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend enhancements using Snap's playbook
  • Communicate and evolve client strategies to align with Snapchat success principles while balancing their goals
  • Maintain strong client relationship health, identify gaps, and secure internal support
  • Present dynamically to own the room, challenge clients creatively, and ensure long-term mutual success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
  • Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience engaging with C-Level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong track record in sales and client relationship management
