Join our Integrity & Compliance team as a Compliance Analyst in Santa Monica, San Francisco, New York, or Washington DC. You'll build and strengthen our global compliance program, monitoring controls, tracking training, and analyzing data from investigations to spot risks in our innovative AR ecosystem. What You'll Do

  • Perform monitoring and testing of compliance controls to ensure effectiveness and adherence across Snap's AR and camera-driven products
  • Track and analyze compliance training completion rates, follow up with stakeholders, and report on trends to foster a culture of integrity
  • Collect and analyze data from investigations, risk assessments, and compliance activities to identify emerging risks in Snapchat and Spectacles
  • Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards providing leadership with insights into program performance
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Security, Internal Audit, and other teams to support compliance initiatives and drive remediation
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance compliance operations, automate processes, and increase efficiency
  • Contribute to cross-functional compliance projects ensuring alignment with Snap's mission to empower creative expression
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing compliance policies, procedures, and guidance for risk management
  • Analyze data trends related to AR innovations like Lens Studio to proactively address compliance risks
  • Support the 'Default Together' policy by collaborating in-office 4+ days per week in Santa Monica, San Francisco, New York, or Washington DC

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, law, finance, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or related operational function
  • Experience with compliance program elements including risk assessments, investigations, training, monitoring, and testing
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive projects to completion
  • Familiarity with learning new tools, systems, and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech, social media, or digital media industries
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards for compliance programs
