Join our Content Partnerships team as a Content Producer Specialist to shape the future of creative content on Snapchat, nurturing talent that leverages our cutting-edge camera and AR technologies to connect people in fun, authentic ways. In this role, you’ll identify and nurture emerging creators—from rising Snap Stars to fresh voices in short-form UGC—while designing webinars and educational programs that inspire best practices. You’ll curate editorial programming for Stories, Spotlight, and beyond, using data insights to deliver timely, relevant content that captivates our Gen Z audience. Collaborating with Product, Growth, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales, you’ll produce onsite activations and evolve our creator ecosystem, making real-time calls that blend speed, creativity, and our innovative AR tools. We seek a specialist with sharp editorial judgment, fluency in internet trends and meme cycles, and a passion for Snap’s creative culture. What You'll Do

  • Identify and nurture emerging creators, from rising Snap Stars to new voices in short-form UGC
  • Design, deliver, and host webinars to educate and inspire creators with best practices
  • Support editorial programming across Snapchat’s key surfaces like Stories and Spotlight
  • Curate timely, relevant, and deeply engaging content using data and audience signals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data Science, and other teams
  • Make real-time editorial decisions balancing speed, accuracy, and creativity
  • Partner with creators, brands, and internal teams to produce content for onsite activations
  • Develop educational materials leveraging Snap’s camera technology and AR innovations
  • Evolve content strategies informed by trends in memes, internet culture, and creator dynamics
  • Guide creator onboarding to strengthen Snap’s scaled content ecosystem
  • Analyze performance data to inform future programming and partnerships

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in news, digital media, editorial, or platform content roles
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with UGC and creators
  • Deep understanding of short-form video content and audience engagement
  • Ability to work independently with some guidance and think critically
  • Experience in event and program planning with attention to detail
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, reactive editorial environment
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
