In this role, you'll build lasting relationships with clients and agencies, partnering across teams to deliver ROI that leverages Snapchat's ephemeral, visual magic and AR lenses for standout campaigns. Manage complex projects, act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps with Engineering and Data Science, and educate on best practices for auction-based tools and self-serve platforms. By identifying scalable solutions to common blockers—like maximizing creative engagement in real-time bidding—you'll drive incremental revenue and adoption of Snap's cutting-edge features, from Lens Studio creations to Spectacles-powered experiences. What You'll Do

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with global small and mid-sized advertisers and agency partners to drive scaled spend and exceed performance expectations
  • Partner with Client Partners and Account Managers to address strategic needs, deliver measurable ROI, and enhance customer experience on Snapchat's innovative platform
  • Manage complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration internally and externally to optimize AR-powered ad campaigns
  • Act as the voice of the customer for product improvements, collaborating with Engineering and Data Science teams to demonstrate revenue impact from camera and AR innovations
  • Serve as a Snap product expert, educating Sales teams and advertisers on new features like Lens Studio creations and Spectacles integrations
  • Drive adoption and engagement with Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools through technical support and real-time performance analysis
  • Identify common client challenges related to creative, camera-first advertising and operationalize scalable solutions across the business
  • Provide best practices and bespoke optimizations for AR lenses, ephemeral content, and visual storytelling campaigns

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 18+ months of experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing
  • Technical knowledge of ad-tech, programmatic advertising, or real-time bidding marketplaces
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze advertising performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in media, advertising, or web platforms and technologies
  • Proven track record of delivering on sales quota and receiving positive client reviews
  • Passion for Snapchat as a daily user with in-depth knowledge of Snap's ad products
