As an Executive Assistant in the Sales department, you'll be the backbone supporting our dynamic sales leadership in driving AR innovation and camera technology partnerships. From preparing insightful sales reports on AR trends to project managing milestone deliverables and planning creative sales demos, you'll enhance communications and foster collaboration. Your proactive approach will support sales initiatives that leverage our camera-first innovations, ensuring leadership stays connected and empowered to close deals that shape the future of AR. We're seeking a highly organized professional with 3+ years of executive support experience, proficiency in Google Workspace, and a passion for tech. What You'll Do

  • Provide executive administrative support to Sales leadership, anticipating needs and managing complex calendars in a fast-paced AR and camera tech environment
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for sales executives attending AR innovation events and partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives and assistants across Snap's matrixed organization, including Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles teams
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to enhance communications and support sales strategies tied to camera technology advancements
  • Take on ad-hoc projects such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and generating insights on AR market trends for decision-making
  • Assist with event planning for sales demos, AR Lens launches, and creative culture-building offsites
  • Project manage milestone reporting by collaborating with cross-functional partners for timely delivery of sales KPIs
  • Maintain regular team communications, coordinate sales team meetings, and foster Snap's Kind, Smart, and Creative values
  • Support sales initiatives by organizing creative brainstorming sessions leveraging Snapchat's visual messaging and AR capabilities
  • Handle confidential sales data and communications with discretion in Snap's innovative culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative role
  • High proficiency in Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners in various time zones
  • Strong familiarity with new technologies, programs, and applications
