About the Role

Snap Inc is a camera company that believes AR technology will transform how people live, communicate, and experience the world. Our Spectacles AR glasses capture life from your perspective, blending real-world views with digital overlays to create immersive memories shareable on and off Snapchat. We're building the future of hands-free computing, turning any surface into a digital screen through innovative hardware powered by augmented reality. Join the Spectacles team as a Global Supply Manager for Mechanical/Electromechanical components, where you'll own the supply chain for critical parts like plastics, metals, silicon rubber, batteries, and speakers—essential to our camera-inspired designs and AR functionality. In this role, you'll partner with world-class product and industrial design teams to ensure our hardware supports Snap's mission of empowering self-expression, storytelling, and real friendships through visual innovation. As a Global Supply Manager, you'll develop and execute strategies to secure high-quality suppliers, negotiate costs, and mitigate risks, all while maintaining continuity of supply for Spectacles' next-generation AR products. You'll be the vital link between Snap's engineering, operations, and design teams and our global supplier network, driving procurement initiatives that align with ambitious timelines and business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify design opportunities and resolve supply challenges, ensuring our mechanical and electromechanical components deliver the precision and reliability needed for cutting-edge AR glasses. With about 25% travel to supplier sites, you'll build strategic relationships that fuel Snap's growth in camera technology and AR hardware. We're seeking a passionate supply chain expert who thrives in Snap's fast-paced, creative culture. If you love problem-solving in ambiguous environments, influencing innovative teams, and contributing to revolutionary products that overlay computing on the world, this is your chance to shape the future of Spectacles. Snap is committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and a 'default together' approach with 4+ days in-office to foster collaboration.
