You’ll be the orchestration hub, uniting Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales, Comms, Legal, and Leadership to deliver flawless product introductions that amplify Snap’s creative culture and push AR boundaries. In this high-impact role, you’ll craft comprehensive GTM strategies tailored to Spectacles’ unique position in camera-first AR innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals like fostering real friendships through visual communication. Own launch readiness by setting milestones, managing risks, and optimizing SKU strategies, inventory splits, and channel partnerships for maximum market penetration. Collaborate cross-functionally to define pricing, narratives, and demand generation tactics that drive sell-through across retail, e-commerce, and telco ecosystems, all while navigating the fast-paced dynamics of hardware launches. Post-launch, you’ll monitor key metrics—demand, sales, inventory, market share—to fuel data-driven iterations, sustaining momentum for future Spectacles releases. With up to 30% travel to key markets, you’ll build partner alignment and provide crisp executive updates. What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end global GTM strategy and launch plans for new Spectacles AR products, aligning with Snap's camera and AR innovation goals
  • Own cross-functional launch readiness, defining and tracking milestones across Product, Marketing, Comms, Ops, Legal, and Finance
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Operations, Product, Finance, and Legal to shape launch narrative, channel strategy, pricing, and inventory allocation
  • Drive demand generation and sell-through as liaison between Product, Operations, and partners like Retail, E-commerce, and Telco
  • Define and manage global SKU strategy, market segmentation, and initial inventory splits to optimize Spectacles market penetration
  • Execute launch plans, identify risks, resolve issues, and provide timely updates to leadership
  • Oversee post-launch operations including marketing campaigns, inventory replenishment, and performance monitoring
  • Track key metrics like demand, sales, inventory, and market share to inform continuous GTM improvements
  • Provide written and verbal updates on GTM progress, risks, and performance to executives
  • Travel to regional markets and partner locations to align teams and oversee activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of post-Bachelor’s experience in Business, Marketing, Operations, or Product Go-to-Market for global consumer electronics or hardware products
  • Master’s degree +6 years of post-grad experience, or PhD in a relevant technical field +3 years of post-grad experience
  • Proven experience leading successful, large-scale global product launches
  • Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle for consumer electronics
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% as required
  • Experience in program management or operations for hardware launches
  • Strong track record in cross-functional leadership for product introductions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in Augmented Reality, Wearables, or emerging technology spaces
  • Familiarity with sales channels, demand planning, and supply chain logistics in global hardware

$190,000-$284,000 annually
