We are entrepreneurial, solution-oriented professionals passionate about driving advertiser success on Snapchat, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to unlock the full power of our camera-first, AR-driven platform. Snap Inc is seeking an experienced Indy Agency Partner to join our Ad Partnerships Group in London. In this role, you will build and scale our Indy Agency Program in the UK, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships with independent advertising agencies. As a strategic advisor, you will champion Snapchat's creative culture, highlighting how our AR Lenses and camera innovations enable brands to create immersive, engaging campaigns that capture authentic moments and boost performance. You will develop program strategies, manage C-level relationships, educate partners on Snap's ecosystem, and collaborate internally to deliver measurable results. Staying ahead of UK agency trends, you will position Snap as the go-to platform for innovative advertising in a fast-paced, creative environment that values diverse voices and bold ideas. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to scale our Indy Agency Program in the UK market, driving adoption of Snap's advertising solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, C-level relationships with key stakeholders at independent agencies, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Drive significant revenue growth through agency partnerships by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our sales teams
  • Upsell and cross-sell Snap's advertising products to agency partners
  • Educate agencies on Snap's platform, products, and best practices through scaled education programs, workshops, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop joint business plans and marketing strategies that deliver on client objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure a seamless experience for agency partners
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth
  • Serve as an internal and external expert on the independent agency landscape in the UK, staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Leverage Snap's camera technology and AR innovations to showcase creative advertising opportunities to agencies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on agency sales, partnerships, or business development within the UK market
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, social media, and performance marketing
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a social media platform or in a role with direct responsibility for managing relationships with advertising agencies in the UK
  • Established network of contacts at independent media agencies in the UK
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for Snapchat and a deep understanding of its value proposition for advertisers
