We're seeking an IT Program Manager, Level 4, in our Information Technology department to lead the Enterprise AI transformation, scaling next-generation AI tools that enhance our AR innovations and creative culture. Embedded with IT Engineering and SaaS Admin teams, you'll drive programs operationalizing agentic systems and workflow automation at the intersection of AI experimentation and enterprise IT. In this role, you'll lead rollouts of AI platforms that power Snap's camera-first ecosystem, fostering cross-functional autonomy to deliver with precision and privacy. Own end-to-end programs from scoping to execution, running Agile sprints, resolving dependencies, and driving adoption through training and metrics. Your hands-on IT generalist skills and AI fluency will translate technical complexities into actionable plans, ensuring seamless integration with our AR and Spectacles technologies while contributing to the AI Center of Excellence. What You'll Do

  • Lead the rollout of next-generation Enterprise AI tools, including agentic systems, workflow automation, and internal AI platforms to enhance Snap's AR and camera innovations
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making with autonomy across IT Engineering, SaaS Admin, and business partner teams
  • Embed within IT Engineering and SaaS Admin teams to coordinate technical work, operational readiness, and cross-team dependencies
  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope, planning, execution, risk/issue management, and executive-ready communication
  • Define operating rhythms, roles, and responsibilities aligning engineering, operations, and business teams around shared outcomes
  • Run sprint ceremonies and delivery cadences with technical teams to progress work from design to implementation and rollout
  • Identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies impacting execution
  • Drive change management and adoption through communication, training, and feedback loops for AI tool rollouts
  • Measure and report program outcomes, including usage insights, operational performance, and business value tied to Snap's creative culture
  • Contribute to Snap’s AI Center of Excellence by establishing standards and delivery best practices for AR-enhanced experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years in a project or program management role leading multi-team initiatives
  • 5+ years of IT experience spanning multiple technical areas such as engineering, SaaS systems, infrastructure, identity, and networking
  • Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle
  • Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for automation and analysis
  • Strong command of Jira and Confluence for program planning, tracking, and visibility
  • Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Previous hands-on experience as a SysAdmin, IT Engineer, or similar technical role
  • Experience with emerging enterprise AI platforms (agents/orchestrators, workflow automation, RPA, enterprise search, LLM platforms)
  • Experience collaborating with security, privacy, or compliance teams on technology rollouts
  • Familiarity with AR technologies or camera-based innovations
