In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, strategically tailoring Snap's innovative camera and AR products to client needs—from campaign ideation and launch to real-time optimization and issue resolution—within our creative, fast-paced culture. As a key player in Snap's advertising ecosystem, you'll provide expert optimization guidance to strategic clients, advocate for Snapchat's AR lenses and features, and dive into performance data to uncover trends, recommend upsells, and maximize KPIs. You'll offer hands-on operational support, including ad trafficking, audience building, escalations, and reporting, while partnering with leadership to streamline operations and elevate advertiser expertise on our platform. Your role will emphasize Snap's unique visual storytelling, ensuring campaigns leverage AR innovation for standout results in China's dynamic market. You'll thrive by managing processes like Creative Service Agreements and Ad Design Requests, maintaining Salesforce accuracy, and resolving issues swiftly with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do

  • Provide account optimization guidance to strategic advertising clients on Snap's innovative camera and AR-powered products
  • Serve as a product advocate for Snapchat, Lens Studio, Spectacles, and emerging AR features, advising on best practices, bespoke campaign optimizations, and beta participation
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, seasonality, and optimizations for superior results
  • Recommend upsell opportunities leveraging Snap's creative AR lenses and visual storytelling capabilities
  • Deliver day-to-day operational support for partners, including ad rejection escalations, building audience engagement segments, trafficking ads via Snap’s internal tools, and generating post-campaign reports
  • Partner with Snap’s management team to develop programs that streamline sales operations, boost advertiser awareness, and elevate expertise on Snap’s advertising platform
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Manage internal processes for Creative Service Agreements, campaign exceptions, Ad Design Requests, and Coupon Generations, while clearly communicating policies across teams
  • Foster advertiser success by tailoring Snap’s camera-first products to unique client needs in fast-paced, creative campaigns
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management in Snap's vibrant AR ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, with experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership
  • Experience maintaining accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com
