We're seeking a Lead, Account Manager in our Sales team to service high-growth clients, owning senior relationships alongside Client Partners. As a strategic consultant, you'll focus on long-term campaign strategies that leverage Snap's AR innovations to drive massive revenue impact across accounts and verticals, thriving in our fast-paced, creative culture. In this role, you'll build business cases to advocate for growth, lead cross-functional initiatives on AR tools and training, and establish Snap as an AR thought leader. You'll drive product feedback loops with quantifiable revenue impact, devise scalable strategies maximizing Snap's camera and measurement capabilities, and confidently advise C-level clients on trends. Day-to-day emphasizes strategic vision over activations, using data insights to optimize performance, inform pipelines, and enhance offerings— all while mentoring Account Managers and scaling team excellence. You'll excel with strong analytical prowess, executive presence, and passion for Snapchat's ecosystem. What You'll Do

  • Build robust business cases and opportunity sizing to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships with high-growth clients leveraging Snapchat's camera and AR innovations
  • Lead senior-level customer relationships as an external consultant, co-owning long-term campaign strategies focused on vertical impact
  • Execute initiatives with internal stakeholders on new AR tools and training to position Snap as an industry thought leader
  • Drive product improvement feedback loops from clients, quantifying revenue impact to influence leadership prioritization
  • Devise scalable growth strategies advising on Snap's product, technical, and measurement capabilities to maximize campaign performance
  • Consult and challenge senior clients on strategies using AR trends, campaign design, execution, and upsell opportunities
  • Leverage performance data for data-driven insights that inform account strategy and enhance Snap's advertising offerings
  • Inform sales pipeline with campaign performance insights and proactively address areas of softness
  • Mentor Account Managers on KPI-driven strategies, performance optimization, and upsell tactics across the region
  • Foster cross-functional alignment to deliver beyond single campaigns, scaling impact for client business goals
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent through comprehensive strategies
  • Set the standard for Account Management excellence in Snap's creative, fast-paced culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the digital media space
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and the biddable auction ecosystem
  • Proven track record in media management, campaign diagnostics, and optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years as Senior Account Manager or equivalent non-entry level role
  • Passion for Snapchat as a daily user with in-depth knowledge of Snap's ad products
  • Experience in AR advertising or camera-based creative technologies
  • Advanced expertise in ad tech and online marketing technologies
  • Demonstrated success in C-level client relationship management

$142,000-$214,000 annually
