Join our Sales team as a Lead, Advertiser Growth Strategy, where you’ll design, launch, and scale high-impact business development programs to acquire and grow medium-sized advertisers globally. You’ll build scalable, repeatable initiatives that expand Snap’s customer base, leveraging our AR innovations and camera-first experiences to ensure new advertisers ramp successfully and thrive on our creative platform. In this role, you’ll identify growth opportunities using insights from Snapchat user data, AR trends, and market dynamics, translating them into global GTM plays like partnerships, events, and in-product experiences powered by Lens Studio. Partnering with BD, Marketing, Product, and external collaborators, you’ll own program roadmaps, KPIs, and experimentation to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue. Lead cross-functional efforts with Data Science, Operations, and Insights to optimize performance, fostering advertiser success in Snap’s dynamic, visual ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in Snap’s innovative culture, bringing proven experience in growth strategies, analytical rigor, and cross-team influence. Comfortable with ambiguity, you’ll experiment at pace to scale programs that fuel our mission. We practice a 'Default Together' policy, expecting 4+ days per week in office for dynamic collaboration.
