We're seeking a Lead, Global Brand Experience in Sales to spearhead B2B event programming for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), crafting AR-powered experiences that drive Snapchat ad adoption and foster emotional connections with our community. In this role, you'll partner with the SMC team to roadmap client events, ideate brand-immersive activations leveraging camera tech and AR, and execute flawlessly across logistics, design, and production. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executives to align on revenue goals, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure every event delights while advancing Snap's mission of fun, friendship, and innovation. From venue scouting in MENA to gifting Spectacles at culture-forward activations, you'll own the full lifecycle, blending creativity with data-driven impact. The ideal candidate thrives in Snap's fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with 5+ years producing global events, a passion for ad tech and Snapchat's AR ecosystem, and the agility to travel 30%. What You'll Do

  • Partner with the SMC team to identify and roadmap events for client engagement
  • Create imaginative, AR-infused experiences that bring Snapchat's brand to life and drive ad adoption
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executive teams to align on strategic goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project timelines, trackers, and budgets for global events
  • Manage relationships with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee event production and design, including venue selection, invitations, registration, collateral, and gifting
  • Ensure all experiences reinforce Snap's values of real friendship, authentic expression, and playful irreverence
  • Leverage camera technology and AR innovations to educate communities on Snapchat's ecosystem
  • Analyze event outcomes to optimize future programming and generate revenue
  • Handle on-site execution for targeted B2B events focused on SMBs
  • Collaborate on virtual and in-person formats to connect emotionally with Snap's global audience

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience successfully managing and producing global events
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time
  • Strong experience in event logistics, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Proficiency with Google applications, Apple applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in B2B client event programming for small and medium businesses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of or experience in the ad tech space
  • Understanding of or experience in the art, museum, and culture space
  • Fluency in industry trends, particularly in AR and camera technology
  • Arabic fluency preferred due to MENA remit
  • Experience driving brand adoption through immersive experiences
