About Snap Inc

Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

About the Role

Snap Inc is a camera company at heart, believing the lens presents the greatest opportunity to improve how people live and communicate. Our core products—Snapchat's visual messaging, Lens Studio's AR platform, and Spectacles AR glasses—empower authentic expression, real-time fun, and human connection. The Global Brand Experience (GBX) team brings these innovations to life globally through immersive in-person and virtual events, reinforcing Snap's playful irreverence, human-centered design, and commitment to surprising our community. We're seeking a Lead, Global Brand Experience in our Sales department to spearhead B2B event programming for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), crafting AR-powered experiences that drive Snapchat ad adoption and deepen client emotional ties to our brand. In this role, you'll partner with the SMC team to roadmap targeted events, ideating creative activations that leverage camera tech and AR—like interactive Lens Studio demos or Spectacles try-ons—to showcase Snapchat's ad potential. You'll orchestrate end-to-end production, from venue scouting and vendor negotiations to budget management, gifting logistics, and on-site execution, all while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executives to hit revenue targets. With 30%+ travel, you'll thrive in our fast-moving culture, adapting quickly to deliver flawless, brand-aligned spectacles that educate and excite SMB clients on Snap's ecosystem. The ideal candidate embodies Snap's creative spirit: quick learners who take risks, own projects proactively, and blend analytical rigor with meticulous design flair. You'll need proven global event experience, negotiation prowess, and a passion for Snapchat, plus familiarity with ad tech trends and cultural spaces. Join us to shape experiences that not only sell ads but advance human progress through AR innovation. Snap practices a 'default together' policy, expecting 4+ days/week in office to fuel our dynamic collaboration. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, with comprehensive benefits including parental leave, health support, and equity in our success.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the SMC team to identify and roadmap events for SMB client engagement
  • Create imaginative, AR-infused experiences that bring Snapchat's camera-first brand to life and drive ad adoption
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executive teams to align events with revenue goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project timelines, trackers, and budgets for global events
  • Manage relationships with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee event production including venue selection, invitations, registration, collateral, gifting, and on-site logistics
  • Incorporate Snap's AR innovations like Lens Studio and Spectacles into experiences to delight clients
  • Analyze event outcomes to optimize future programming and reinforce Snap's playful, authentic culture
