We're seeking a Lead, Global Brand Experience in Sales to spearhead B2B client event programming for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), crafting AR-powered experiences that drive Snapchat ad adoption and deepen emotional connections with our community. In this role, you'll partner with the SMB team to roadmap engaging events, design imaginative activations leveraging camera technology and Lens Studio AR, and execute flawlessly across logistics, budgets, and production. Collaborating with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executives, you'll align experiences with revenue goals while managing venues, vendors, and creative elements like gifting and collateral. Your entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude will thrive in Snap's fast-paced, creative culture, where no task is too small and big risks yield delightful surprises for clients. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years managing global events, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a passion for Snapchat's AR innovation. With 30%+ travel and proficiency in Google, Apple, and Microsoft tools, you'll adapt quickly to deliver brand-aligned results. What You'll Do

  • Partner with the SMB team to identify and roadmap events for client engagement
  • Create imaginative, AR-infused experiences that bring Snapchat's brand to life and drive ad adoption
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executive teams to align on strategic goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project timelines, trackers, and budgets for events
  • Manage relationships with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee event production including venue selection, invitations, registration, collateral, gifting, and on-site management
  • Ensure all experiences reinforce Snap's values of real friendship, authentic expression, and playful irreverence
  • Leverage camera technology and AR innovations like Lens Studio to surprise and delight SMB clients
  • Analyze event outcomes to optimize future programming and generate revenue
  • Adapt quickly to fast-moving priorities in a creative, innovative culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience successfully managing and producing global events
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time
  • Strong experience in event logistics, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Proficiency with Google applications, Apple applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in B2B client event programming for SMBs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of or experience in the ad tech space
  • Understanding of or experience in the art, museum, and culture space
  • Fluency in industry trends related to AR and immersive experiences
  • Prior work with camera technology or AR platforms like Snapchat Lenses
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams in tech companies
