Join our Riyadh-based marketing team as Lead, Marketing Partnerships, reporting to the Head of MENA Marketing in Dubai. This role offers a unique chance to shape Snapchat’s presence in Saudi Arabia, one of our fastest-growing markets, by building high-impact partnerships that leverage our camera-first innovation and AR creativity. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Communications, Creative Strategy, and other teams to identify, shape, and activate collaborations delivering mutual value. You’ll manage co-marketing activations, creative campaigns, and content that showcase Snapchat’s AR Lenses and visual storytelling to partners and Snapchatters. From developing compelling pitch decks and case studies to ensuring seamless execution with Legal and Compliance, you’ll drive measurable results while managing budgets and fostering strong partner relationships in a dynamic, creative culture. We seek a strategic leader with 7+ years in marketing activations, fluent in Arabic, and passionate about Snap’s mission. What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with the Partnerships team to identify, shape, and activate high-impact collaborations that deliver mutual value for Snap and our partners, leveraging Snapchat's camera-first experiences and AR innovations
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Communications, Events, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution and measurable results
  • Manage co-marketing activations and creative campaigns that highlight Snapchat’s value to partners and audiences through immersive AR Lenses and visual storytelling
  • Develop impactful pitch decks, case studies, and marketing materials that articulate the value of Snap partnerships and inspire new opportunities in camera technology and creative expression
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to deliver high-quality content aligned with Snap's brand guidelines, emphasizing AR creativity and timely approvals
  • Develop and implement scalable distribution plans that align with Snap’s brand positioning and those of our partners, amplifying reach via Snapchat's global community
  • Establish measurement frameworks, analyze results, and continuously refine initiatives based on insights and ROI
  • Manage budgets, purchase orders, statements of work, and internal alignment to ensure smooth delivery of partnerships

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 7+ years of experience developing and executing marketing programs or brand activations within a brand or agency environment
  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, statements of work, and internal alignment with Legal, Policy, and Compliance
  • Ability to travel for events as needed
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration with teams like Sales, Partnerships, and Creative Strategy
  • Proven track record in developing pitch decks, case studies, and marketing materials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in domestic or international marketing roles with strong business acumen and co-branded marketing execution
  • Strong on-ground experience in Saudi Arabia, including familiarity with local market, key stakeholders, and partnership dynamics
