About Snap Inc

Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

About the Role

Snap Inc is a camera company that believes AR and visual storytelling are transforming how people connect and experience the world. Our products—Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles—empower authentic expression, real-time fun, and innovative augmented reality experiences. We're seeking a Lead, Sales Ops EMEA (9 Month FTC) in our Paris office to drive the Sales Operations Strategy group's mission: maximizing ads business growth as the trusted partner to leadership through strategic planning, collaboration, and operational excellence. In this maternity cover role, you'll amplify revenue for Snapchat's advertiser ecosystem, leveraging our camera-first innovations to shape the future of AR advertising across Europe. Reporting to regional leadership, you'll partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and beyond to identify market opportunities, deploy data-driven resourcing, and resolve revenue blockers. You'll craft unified go-to-market strategies for France and key European markets, surface upsell opportunities tied to Snapchat's AR Lenses and Spectacles, and establish metrics that boost sales productivity. By transforming revenue data into actionable insights and forecasts, you'll directly influence how advertisers harness Snap's camera technology for immersive campaigns that blend digital creativity with real-world moments. This role demands a strategic thinker with 7+ years in Sales Ops or consulting, fluency in French and English, and expertise in Excel modeling. Thrive in Snap's creative, fast-paced culture where diverse voices fuel innovation—join us to operationalize strategies that make Snapchat the go-to platform for AR-driven advertising in EMEA. Snap is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, with a 'Default Together' policy expecting 4+ office days weekly.

  • Surface cross-sell and upsell opportunities to the Sales team and evaluate their impact on revenue growth
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Product Marketing, Finance, and other teams
  • Establish and embed critical metrics to guide and evaluate sales team behaviors in promoting Snap's camera innovations
  • Develop and package recommendations for communication to Sales Managers and leadership
  • Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, collaborating with finance and sales leadership
