We're seeking a Lead, SMC Growth Strategy in our Sales department to design, launch, and scale high-impact business development programs that acquire and grow medium-sized advertisers globally. You'll build scalable, repeatable initiatives to expand Snap’s customer base, ensuring new advertisers ramp successfully and thrive on our innovative, creative platform fueled by AR lenses and ephemeral storytelling. In this role, you'll identify growth opportunities from customer insights, Snapchat product data, and AR market trends, translating them into global GTM plays like partnerships, events, campaigns, and in-product experiences. Partnering with BD, Marketing, Product, and external collaborators, you'll own program roadmaps, KPIs, and experimentation to drive new advertiser activations, early revenue growth, and retention. Lead cross-functional efforts with Data Science, Operations, and Insights to optimize performance, while communicating strategies and results to executives in Snap's fast-paced, creative culture. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, excels at structured problem-solving, and brings passion for Snap’s mission of camera-driven innovation. With a proven track record in growth and BD across channels, you'll help medium-sized advertisers unlock Snapchat's AR potential to create engaging, authentic campaigns.
