Join our global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization as a Lead, SMC Marketing in the Sales department, where you'll craft compelling marketing content to fuel advertiser growth amid Snap's creative, AR-driven culture. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute global messaging and creative strategies for sales enablement materials, on-platform notifications, emails, and Snap's web properties. Drawing on business KPIs, industry trends, and customer insights, you'll own customer-centric content strategies that supercharge SMC's revenue programs. Collaborate closely with Ads Growth, Product Marketing, Data Science, and internal teams of designers, web developers, and copywriters to ideate, test, and optimize campaigns that boost engagement and conversions. Leverage Snap's camera and AR innovations to create educational content that resonates with small and medium businesses, positioning Snapchat as the ultimate platform for visual storytelling and immersive advertising. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in sales enablement, thriving in Snap's fast-paced, creative environment. You'll lead cross-functional experiments to refine content for audience segments, stay ahead of digital trends, and continuously elevate materials that drive measurable results. Comfortable with ambiguity, you'll multitask across priorities while fostering collaboration in our 'Default Together' culture, working 4+ days per week in-office to spark innovation. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute messaging and creative strategy for sales enablement material based on business KPIs, industry trends, and customer insights
  • Own and develop customer-centric content strategy that directly supports SMC’s global revenue programs
  • Ideate on content initiatives to improve overall engagement and conversion rates for marketing creative
  • Lead Revenue and Data Science teams to test and learn content and messaging for sales enablement material
  • Optimize marketing content for specific audience segments and customer journeys
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate on content and provide customers with relevant education on advertising
  • Lead content creation with design, web development, and copywriting teams to create educational content for the small and medium business audience
  • Provide ideas to continuously uplevel internal- and external-facing sales enablement content
  • Build compelling marketing content to drive advertiser growth, including sales enablement materials, on-platform notifications, email, and Snap’s web properties
  • Build global marketing and creative strategy while aligning with cross-functional teams like Ads Growth, Product Marketing, and Data Science

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience in building and creating marketing content
  • Proven track record in developing thoughtful marketing content for global audiences with a strong emphasis on results
  • Experience leading internal creative design and web development teams
  • High comfort with data-driven decision making and ability to translate data into actionable content recommendations
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience or familiarity in working with the media or digital advertising industry
