Join our global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization as Lead, SMC Marketing in the Sales department. In this role, you'll build compelling marketing content to drive advertiser growth, including sales enablement materials, on-platform notifications, emails, and Snap’s web properties, all infused with Snap's innovative AR and camera-first creative culture. You'll develop global marketing and creative strategies aligned with cross-functional teams like Ads Growth, Product Marketing, and Data Science, while leading an internal team of designers, web developers, and copywriters to craft impactful, measurable campaigns. As a data-driven marketer, you'll own customer-centric content strategies supporting SMC’s revenue programs, ideate initiatives to boost engagement and conversions, and leverage insights from Revenue and Data Science teams to test and optimize content for key audience segments and journeys. Stay ahead of trends to innovate educational content that highlights Snap's AR capabilities for small and medium businesses. The ideal candidate brings proven experience strategizing and creating sales enablement materials, with a passion for Snapchat's creative ecosystem. We're seeking a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, uplevels content while hitting business goals, and collaborates seamlessly in our "Default Together" culture, working in-office 4+ days per week. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute messaging and creative strategy for sales enablement material based on business KPIs, industry trends, and customer insights
  • Own and develop customer-centric content strategy that directly supports SMC’s global revenue programs
  • Ideate on content initiatives to improve overall engagement and conversion rates for marketing creative
  • Lead Revenue and Data Science teams to test and learn content and messaging for sales enablement material
  • Optimize marketing content for specific audience segments and customer journeys
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate on content and provide customers with relevant education on advertising, leveraging Snap's AR and camera technologies
  • Lead content creation with design, web development, and copywriting teams to create educational content for the small and medium business audience
  • Provide ideas to continuously uplevel internal- and external-facing sales enablement content
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Ads Growth, Product Marketing, and Data Science
  • Build compelling marketing content including sales enablement materials, on-platform notifications, email, and Snap’s web properties
  • Align global marketing and creative strategy with Snap's mission to empower expression through camera and AR innovation

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years experience in building and creating marketing content
  • Proven track record in developing thoughtful marketing content for global audiences with a strong emphasis on results
  • Experience leading internal creative design and web development teams
  • High comfort with data-driven decision making
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience or familiarity in working with the media or digital advertising industry

  • Direct experience with hands-on sales enablement content creation
