Join our global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization as Lead, SMC Marketing in the Sales department, where you'll spearhead multi-channel event strategies to acquire new advertisers excited about Snap's creative ecosystem. This role demands a data-driven visionary who transforms high-impact virtual and in-person events into powerful levers for awareness, engagement, and conversion, all while embodying Snap's playful, innovative culture. You'll craft end-to-end marketing strategies tailored to SMC audiences, spotlighting Snap's AR capabilities at industry conferences and owned events. Collaborating with Business Development, Sales, Communications, and Global Brand Experience, you'll bring these activations to life—driving leads, fostering partnerships, and measuring success through attendance, sales pipeline, and revenue impact. From briefing content teams on narratives that capture Snapchat's fun essence to negotiating contracts and traveling globally to oversee executions, you'll thrive in ambiguity, aligning every detail with Snap's mission to advance human progress through camera technology. The ideal candidate is a self-starting collaborator with 8+ years in event-focused marketing, a knack for digital advertising trends, and passion for AR's potential in advertiser growth. Comfortable with budgets, metrics, and cross-functional hustle, you'll innovate relentlessly in our 'Default Together' environment (4+ days/week in office).
