We are seeking a Lead, SMC Revenue Growth to join our global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization in the Sales department. This role will lead and launch high-growth full-funnel initiatives for brand and direct-response advertisers, driving retentive growth for Snap’s global SMC audience in priority business and product segments. As the single-threaded owner, you will quarterback the SMC organization’s strategy, own product and revenue goals, and ensure SMCs succeed by leveraging Snap’s innovative camera technology and AR capabilities to power their business growth. In this role, you will evolve segment-specific visions and solutions, iterate and scale ad product adoption across Snapchat’s ecosystem, and influence cross-functional strategies from ideation to attainment. Drawing on your experience in revenue targets and go-to-market launches, you will develop scalable playbooks via a test-and-iterate framework, supported by Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Advertiser Support, and Data Analytics teams. You will define KPIs, analyze market insights, present to leadership, and build roadmaps with product teams to enhance SMC retention and revenue, all while fostering Snap’s creative culture of innovation in visual storytelling and AR experiences. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for retentive revenue growth from key product and business segments globally
  • Evolve segment-specific vision, solutions, and service-levels to drive relevant outcomes for Small and Medium Customers (SMCs)
  • Iterate and scale solutions to drive adoption across Snap’s portfolio of ad products, including Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles
  • Influence strategy from ideation to goal attainment to power business growth for SMCs leveraging Snap’s camera and AR innovations
  • Own performance measurement criteria and KPIs to track business growth goals
  • Present results, recommendations, and influence decisions and priorities with senior leadership
  • Build relationships, strategy, and roadmaps with product and engineering teams to support SMC revenue and retention
  • Drive communication and influence global cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, data science, and product
  • Develop, deploy, and scale high-growth full-funnel initiatives for brand and direct-response advertisers
  • Quarterback SMC organization’s overall strategy in priority business and product segments

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience in product, sales, corporate strategy, services, data analytics, marketing, or product/growth areas
  • Proven track record owning revenue targets and leading go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience driving product-led growth, preferably in the advertising industry
  • Experience running multi-geography, complex projects
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making and performance measurement
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
