About Snap Inc

Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

About the Role

Snap Inc is a camera company at heart, believing the camera — and AR innovations like Lens Studio and Spectacles — presents the greatest opportunity to improve how people live and communicate. We empower Snapchatters to express themselves creatively, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together on our visual messaging platform. The Trust & Safety (T&S) Team is vital to protecting our community from violating content while embodying our Kind, Smart, and Creative values. As Lead, Trust & Safety U.S. Operations, you'll join our Global Operations & Enablement team in New York, leading a regional team and supporting Policy Operations to create safe, innovative experiences worldwide. In this people manager role, you'll provide expert leadership to T&S specialists, enhancing workflows with data-driven improvements and scalable automation tailored to Snapchat's dynamic AR ecosystem. Partnering cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, Product, and Engineering, you'll ideate safety solutions, manage escalations, and deliver roadmap projects that balance creativity with security. Using advanced analytics, you'll anticipate risks, refine enforcement guidance, and strengthen global partnerships — all while handling sensitive content like child exploitation or graphic violence, with robust team wellness support in place. We're seeking an unflappable decision-maker with a passion for online safety and Snap's creative culture. You'll become a subject matter authority, driving thought leadership on industry trends, launching trust-enhancing tools, and fostering efficiency across manual and automated systems. If you thrive in high-stakes environments, love camera tech and AR, and want to safeguard fun for millions, join us to help build the safest platform for authentic expression. Snap is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, with a 'Default Together' policy expecting 4+ office days weekly.
