We’re looking for a Lead, Workplace Operations to join the Global Workplace Experience (WX) Team at Snap Inc! Based at our Sunnyvale campus in the Bay Area, you’ll play a pivotal role in operating our innovative offices that inspire camera technology breakthroughs and AR creativity. You’ll work closely with a large outsourced vendor team, internal WX partners, and cross-functional groups like HR, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT, executives, business leaders, and EAs to build scalable programs ensuring smooth, efficient campus operations that embody Snap’s Kind, Smart, and Creative values. In this role, you’ll be the face of workplace excellence, executing tactical plans for amenities, events, food, maintenance, and more while driving projects like parking/transportation programs and compliance initiatives. You’ll proactively gather feedback from stakeholders, manage budgets and vendors, conduct site inspections, and foster relationships that enhance the employee experience in our fast-evolving tech environment. What You'll Do

  • Act as an ambassador for Snap’s workplace experience, translating our Kind, Smart, and Creative values into a welcoming environment that fuels camera technology and AR innovation
  • Support development and execution of short- and long-term plans for workplace amenities, services, onsite events, food service, repair, maintenance, and mail operations
  • Partner with Workplace Operations peers for seamless delivery of new office spaces, post-occupancy modifications, and move management
  • Lead implementation of experience programs, guidelines, best practices, and standards for employees and cross-functional teams
  • Proactively identify business needs, align on objectives, scope, timing, and resources while building relationships with executives, business leaders, HR, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT, and EAs
  • Develop and execute scalable programs for parking, transportation, and employee services to address evolving needs in a fast-paced AR and camera tech environment
  • Manage vendor performance to ensure services meet contracts, budgets, and high standards; conduct regular site inspections and resolve deficiencies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for consistent communications and ensure ongoing workplace compliance
  • Oversee complex projects improving employee experience and support annual operating/capital budgets and financial tracking
  • Foster collaborative relationships with landlords, vendors, contractors, and consultants to build community in Snap’s creative culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 4+ years of facilities management experience with emphasis on facilities, office management, workplace services, customer service, and event management
  • Experience managing outsourced facility vendor partners and vendor performance
  • Proven track record in financial management including budget tracking, invoice review, and procurement
  • Ability to conduct site inspections, ensure compliance, and oversee complex projects
  • Regular onsite work required at Snap’s Sunnyvale campus (4+ days per week per Default Together policy)
  • Passion for Snapchat and commitment to Snap’s values of Kind, Smart, and Creative

Compensation

$118,000-$176,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
