Join Team Snapchat as a Manager, Ad Partnerships in our Dubai office, where you’ll drive the growth and management of Snapchat's partnerships with key ecosystem players in MENA/APAC, specializing in Campaign Management, Merchant Platforms, Audience Partners, and Creator Platforms. In this role, you’ll harness Snap’s innovative AR and camera technologies to forge partnerships that accelerate our advertising business, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams while embodying our creative, fast-paced culture. As the primary point of contact for partners, you’ll deeply understand Snap’s monetization products, identify mutually beneficial opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth by integrating AR-powered ads into partner ecosystems. You’ll gather feedback from advertisers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape product decisions, ensuring Snapchat remains at the forefront of visual storytelling and immersive experiences. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Snap’s reach, enabling brands to connect with users through creative Lenses and ephemeral content that defines our platform. We seek a seasoned leader with 10+ years in digital advertising or partnerships, a track record of revenue delivery, and fluency in Arabic/English, plus MENA experience. What You'll Do

  • Deeply understand Snap’s monetization-related products and their underlying implementations tied to camera and AR innovations
  • Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for Snapchat Partners and guide larger partner initiatives in MENA/APAC
  • Identify new partnership opportunities aligning with product needs and Snap’s monetization goals
  • Evaluate partner organizations' goals to analyze and present mutually beneficial opportunities for long-term relationships
  • Negotiate and structure partner agreements in collaboration with legal, finance, product, and strategy teams
  • Work with partners’ sales, accounts, and marketing teams to drive adoption of Snap’s AR-powered ad products
  • Solicit continuous feedback and requirements from partners to inform Snap’s product and business decisions
  • Drive growth of Snapchat partnerships with key ecosystem players specializing in Campaign Management, Merchant Platforms, Audience Partners, and Creator Platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to accelerate ad business growth
  • Leverage Snap’s creative culture to foster innovative partnerships that enhance user expression through AR lenses and camera features

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, partnership management, or business development, preferably in technology or media industries
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipelines and delivering against revenue goals
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate results clearly and effectively
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Experience working across the MENA region, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex corporate agreements
  • Background in camera technology, AR, or visual messaging platforms
