With your finger on the pulse of digital media, you'll define KPI-driven plans that leverage Snapchat's unique visual tools, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results and accelerate business expansion. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of Client Partners focused on a specific industry vertical, driving revenue growth through innovative AR and camera-based campaigns
  • Own the performance and growth of top accounts at Snap, providing strategic insights on vertical trends and acceleration opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, agency partners, and stakeholders to maximize Snapchat advertising impact
  • Hold team accountable to revenue quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics while fostering a creative, high-energy culture
  • Develop and execute KPI-driven measurement strategies that leverage Snap's AR tools like Lens Studio and Spectacles
  • Analyze broad vertical trends in digital media and translate them into actionable opportunities for Snap's visual messaging platform
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to set individual quotas, account lists, and growth plans for team members
  • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports to excel in client-facing roles within Snap's innovative ecosystem
  • Inform client teams on emerging trends in camera technology and AR to enhance campaign creativity and effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, and AR teams to deliver cutting-edge advertising solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media or advertising space
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue targets
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising trends, particularly in performance-driven campaigns
  • Strong understanding of AR, camera-based technologies, and visual storytelling in advertising
  • Experience defining and executing KPI-driven measurement strategies for client growth
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with brand marketers and agencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies in key verticals
  • Experience facilitating high-level meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
