In this role, you’ll lead the conception, planning, and execution of Snap’s signature events, industry presence, and global campaigns, leveraging deep knowledge of Snapchat’s products and AR innovations like Lens Studio to create immersive, camera-centric experiences. You’ll navigate complexity by coordinating cross-functional teams—spanning Product, Marketing, Comms, and Executives—across time zones, while managing budgets, vendors, and direct reports. Thinking outside the box, you’ll operationalize bold ideas that reinforce Snap’s creative culture, generate revenue, and align with launches like new Spectacles features or AR campaigns. What You'll Do

  • Lead ideation, conceptualization, and end-to-end execution of Snap’s signature brand experiences, industry events, and global activations that embody Snap’s camera technology and AR innovation
  • Develop deep expertise in Snapchat products, Lens Studio, Spectacles, and the broader AR ecosystem to create emotionally resonant experiences
  • Coordinate and operationalize complex, large-scale projects across global regions, ensuring alignment with Snap’s creative culture
  • Manage comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resources for all GBX initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Comms, Talent Partnerships, Labs, and Executive teams to drive strategic goals and revenue
  • Lead meetings, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met for new product launches, campaigns, and events
  • Partner with external vendors and agencies, handling negotiations, contracts, and performance to deliver high-impact experiences
  • Contribute to GBX team strategy by identifying opportunities that surprise and delight communities with Snap’s playful, irreverent brand

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 10+ years of high-performance work experience, including experience with event planning
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale experiential marketing activations
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across global time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines for complex projects
  • Strong understanding of AR technologies and experiential trends
  • Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and contract oversight
