We're seeking a Manager, Growth in our Sales department, based in Bangalore or Mumbai, to supercharge Snapchat's community in India. Reporting to the Head of Growth for Snap India, you'll lead high-impact product initiatives to accelerate user acquisition, reactivation, and engagement, while partnering with ads teams to boost localized advertising inventory. In our vibrant, creative culture, you'll decode user behaviors through research, launch experiments on camera and AR features, and collaborate across India and US teams to scale highly engaged Snapchatters. You'll own generative insights programs, identify high-value actions to boost retention, and influence product design for key cohorts, ensuring Snapchat's AR lenses and Stories deepen connections in India's diverse market. Partnering with global teams, you'll drive paid acquisition campaigns and advocate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Comms to amplify our narrative. By analyzing trends and metrics, you'll craft strategies that productize growth programs, expanding our power user base through innovative in-app and off-app tactics tailored to camera-first experiences. What You'll Do

  • Own the user research and generative insights program to decode user behavior and influence product and growth strategy at Snap
  • Identify high-value actions (HVAs) and execute product experiments to drive user retention and engagement on Snapchat
  • Influence design and development of camera and AR features to acquire and deepen adoption in key Indian cohorts
  • Collaborate with worldwide teams to drive paid user acquisition and re-engagement initiatives
  • Serve as an internal advocate, working with Sales, Growth, Comms, and Marketing to drive product adoption and narrative building
  • Track, analyze, and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends related to user behavior on Snapchat
  • Design in-app and off-app growth programs to expand the power user base, applying product thinking for scalability
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, user growth, and cross-functional teams to enable growth for partners and the India business
  • Work with ads product teams to identify opportunities for increasing advertising inventory through localization inputs
  • Partner with local teams in Content & Partnerships and ad solutions, plus HQ stakeholders in the US, to grow Snapchat's engaged community

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in consumer technology businesses, with a focus on product-led growth roles
  • Exposure to building advertising product-led user monetization strategies
  • Proven expertise and track record in program and project management, with ability to develop and scale initiatives independently
  • Experience driving user growth in social or content-led consumer products
  • Strong ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets and build GTM strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate with leaders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to translate growth programs into scalable products
  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally on multiple projects simultaneously
